SMS Consent & Communication Policy

This page describes how Graftle uses SMS messaging to deliver hair assessment results to users who request them.

What messages you will receive

When you submit a hair assessment through a Graftle-powered clinic page, you will receive a single SMS message containing a secure link to view your personalized hair assessment results.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive an SMS message by checking the consent checkbox on the hair assessment intake form and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must affirmatively check the consent box and submit the form to receive a message.

Consent language

Message frequency

One (1) message per assessment submission. Graftle does not send marketing messages, recurring texts, or promotional content. Each message is triggered solely by your explicit form submission.

How to opt out

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Graftle does not charge any fees for SMS messages.

Supported carriers

SMS delivery is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering your hair assessment results. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
